This naturally processed microlot comes to us from Hacienda Miramonte, a fifth generation, 200 acre farm located in the Naranjo-Alajuela region of Costa Rica. We’ve been buying the Willows coffee from Hacienda Miramonte for the last few years (and luh-ving it), so we jumped on the opportunity to acquire one of their special microlot offerings.
The coffee is very sweet with mild acidity, and a medium body. We taste dried cherry, chocolate, and a sweet finish reminiscent of cane sugar. Recommended brew method: Aeropress/V60
